Vurv Extended Implementation Methodology (EIM)
Ideal for complex global and/or conglomerate organizations, the Vurv Extended Implementation Methodology (EIM) adds a layer of global planning and process standardization, known as a "baseline implementation", on top of the typical Vurv Standard Implementation Methodology (SIM). The EIM process includes establishing a global project team of distributed stakeholders (i.e. country or business unit managers) and performing a baseline implementation to establish global requirements and a framework of standards. The process is then rolled-out according to the established guidelines across countries and/or business units where it is localised and executed via the Vurv Standard Implementation Methodology (SIM).
