In North America alone, HSBC processed over 123,000 applicants and made 11,000 hires in just one year with Vurv. They reduced costs by $40.5 million, including $15.2 million in direct cost savings (significant cost per hire reduction) as well as $25.2 million in indirect costs by reducing the average time to fill by 14 days.
